Based on your knowledge of the play so far, was Julius Caesar a bad man or a good man? Why? Consider his ambition and the way that he helped the Plebeians.

As of right now, I believe Julius Caesar to be a good man. So far I have not seen any reason for him to be assassinated. Even if he is about to abolish the Republic, there will always be another dictator. He is one of the best generals and politicians at the time. I doubt any of the other politicians could even match his skill! He could have bought a golden age upon Rome, depending how he went about. He had power for a long time and did not seem corrupted so far. He has helped the people and they loved him. A Civil War could not happen. He could have subjugated the Barbarians as he is a great general. So far, he does not seem evil and if he is, it is a necessary evil.

I think Julius Caesar was not a bad person because he really did care for his people and what would have became his 'empire'. Even though few people did not like him, they were jealous. Many people do admire him and I would like to think because he is a good person.

I do think Caesar was a good man. He had good intentions and was loved by many. Unfortunately, greedy men didn't want to jeopardize their power or role in the community so they disliked him for threatening their power. He is one of the best generals and politicians at that time. So far, no i do not believe he is a bad man, he gave me no reason to dislike him.

So far I do not think Caesar is a bad person. He was actually loved by many plebeians. He helped many people and that made him a great leader and politican. The only people that disliked him were some men that thought he would take over.

as of now in the play, julius caesar seems to be a good man. his believes and what he wants for the majority of the people seem to be good. Julius Caesar is known as a Roman general, and it looks like he wanted to help the people. although the patricians did not like the fact that they were going to lose their wealth because he was going to help the plebeians. so far, he looks like a good man

I do not think Caesar was a bad man, he was actually a really good leader that helped people. The play so far shows all the good traits of Caesar. Some men hated the fact that Caesar was good by to have more power than them. He was one of the best politicians of the time.

Julius Caesar was a great leader at that point in time and everyone thought that he was a hero and a good guy because he gained his nation power and authority. Julius made and impact on the people in Rome, and he made his people happy. His actions were unprecedented in his time. This made him stand out as a true leader.

In my Opinion , I think Julius Ceasar is not a bad person so far . Ceasar helped others and that's why He was Loved by many people. I don't think it is necessary for Ceasar to be killed, first of all because because taking someone's life is just wrong .Also, If Ceasar is killed then someone could still replace him but it would not be the same . For example , Look at John F. Kennedy's assasination. John F. Kennedy was a good leader but someone decided to kill him most likely because of jealousy. There were and will be a lot of president's after him but None of them will ever be the same .

Julius Caesar was a morally grey man who had ambitions of having absolute power but used that power to help the Plebeians and himself. He held campaigns in which he lost seldomly and he gained support of the people by campaigning in the slums of rome. He created the 10th Legion for future campaigns and tried to alleviate Rome's Debt of its massive Empire. He was a threat to Rome's senators and Aristocrats, making his death inevitable. Becoming a dictator is like a sugar rush; Able to do, create, and soar so much but will eventually have a downfall. A negative aspect of him dying as a dictator is that Rome had a period of Civil War after his death and eventually the decline.

Based on the on the knowledge I have received from the play I believe that Caesar was a good man at that time. He was loved by most people, and was known for one of the greatest politician because of what he has done. He was a strong man who cared about his people. His was a great leader and understood politics very well, which allowed Rome to be successful at that time.
